You will be working as part of an innovative and supportive team to advocate for and facilitate the involvement of individuals, their families and significant others in planning and evaluating care and progress toward health outcomes.

The Location

You will work in a quaint town, located in South Western Victoria.

Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration
• Experience in Aged Care
• Knowledge of ACFI documentation and Aged Care Standards
