We welcome applications from Registered Nurses looking to transition to the specialty area of paediatric nursing. If you have always wanted to care for children and their families, the Transition to Paediatric Nursing program develops your knowledge and skills to work in one of Australia’s specialist paediatric hospitals. On our CHW Ward, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across different wards and specialties, supported through a network of dedicated educators and ward teams to become competent paediatric nurses, putting the patient and their family at the centre of care. Beyond the program, you will have the opportunity to develop your nursing career through various programs and pathways.
