A Northern NT hospital requires a Specialist in General Practice from 18/12/2023 to 03/05/2024.

Work is undertaken in a multi-disciplinary team delivering clinical and public health services to the residents of the community and surrounding outstations. Clinical support is provided by the Care Flight & District Medical Service via telephone consultations and medical retrievals. Royal Darwin Hospital is the regional hospital and provides tertiary care

Clinic hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On call: RMP’s on site are not on call - Remote Area Nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners are the first respondents on-call, with the medical officer being called only if required or as advised by the DMO oncall
