The Visa classes requiring proof of Labour Market Testing are:

  • TSS visa (subclass 482) and Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)
  • Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) (subclass 186) and Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) (subclass 187)
  • Global Talent Employer Sponsored (GTES) Agreements
