Purpose of Position

As directed by the Senior Administration Officer and/or Group Administration Coordinator, provide quality administration support services (including a range of administration, data entry and computer duties) in a clinical support setting to a multidisciplinary team.

Selection Criteria

Demonstrated switchboard and reception experience

Demonstrated computer skills, with significant word processing and data entry experience

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Well developed organisational skills, using time management strategies

Ability to work unsupervised and problem solve with limited direction

Experience in record keeping and administrative systems

Willingness to work with clients of the Needle Syringe Program

Current class C driver’s licence
