Our Cardiothoracic and VascularICU/HDU is looking for a highly skilled and experienced TeamAdministrator who will provide efficient administrative, analytical,secretarial support, including some database entry and also some PA duties to theNurse Unit Manager and the Service Clinical Director.

 

To be successful in thisrole you will be an assertive, confident and enthusiastic team member, able tomultitask, prioritise and effectively communicate with multidisciplinarymedical personnel. You will be exceptionally well organised, highlymotivated, flexible and driven individual who possesses strong officeadministration skills and experience and can show plenty of initiative. A strong customer focusand the ability to be calm under pressure are essential. You must be confidentwith using Microsoft office and must have a high level of computers skills.

 

Previous healthcareexperience in a Team Administration role and dictation is desired for this position.
