Purpose of Position
To provide administrative support to Total Asset Management Staff
• Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office specifically Word & Excel
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle, Staff link and Health Roster
• Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health & Safety responsibilities
