Purpose of Position
The Administrative Officer- Level 4 will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of administrative processes required to support the NBMLHD Education and Training Service (ETS) and its core business and functions.
1. Demonstrated performance in a similar role or position
2. Demonstrated advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite of products
3. Demonstrated ability in data entry and data maintenance
4. Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
5. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and carry out tasks and job responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
7. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients
8. Experience in working with others to produce a variety of documents.
