Enjoy the far North lifestyle while working with Adult and Older Persons Support Services as Occupational Therapist - Advanced (NDIS/Health Interface). You will deliver and coordinate advanced Mental Health Occupational Therapy clinical services (including case consultancy), specific to complex care and discharge planning, for those eligible and accepted onto the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), to promote efficient discharge in conjunction with an extensive range of internal/external stakeholders.
Health Workers who take up employment with Queensland Health from intrastate, interstate or overseas may be eligible for incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme.
