18/05/2024 0730-1730 On call $2,500pd
19/05/2024 0730-1730 On call $2,500pd
20/05/2024 0730-1330 Handover $1,500pd

Meal Allowance reimbursement, $25 per shift ($22.73 + GST) *no evidence required.
