About the Role:

Join our team at Specialist Consulting as an Associate Nurse Manager in a Full-Time ongoing position based at Casey Hospital.

The Associate Nurse Manager position is a clinical leadership role responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager with the day-to-day operations, clinical outcomes and management of unit/department staff.

Working across a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, no weekends!

Bringing your passion and genuine interest in acute nursing within an outpatient setting along with demonstrated experience in high standards of patient care will ensure your success within our team. You will have access to resources to support your work within Specialist Consulting Clinics enabling you to advance your career whilst demonstrating nursing excellence.

About Us:

Specialist Consulting at Casey Hospital provides an extensive range of medical and surgical services, supported by multidisciplinary staff including allied health specialists, diagnostic services and interpreter assistance. We offer care for consumers of all ages with a broad range of complex care requirements in an ambulatory setting.

About You:

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

  • 5 years of Acute Clinical nursing experience along with the required qualification.
  • Committed to delivering patient-centred care and advocating for your patients
  • Computer technical competency working with electronic patient/medical records, supporting the unit with changes and training when required
