- Five years clinical experience, including three years in an acute mental health setting with post basic qualifications in mental health.

- Proven advanced mental health assessment, risk assessment and diagnostic interviews skills and a working knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Legislation.

- Proven clinical leadership skills including highly developed negotiation, problem solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written.
