About Your Role

The position of Occupational Therapist Level 1/2 is part of the Occupational Therapy team based at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The position works in a multidisciplinary context and is supported by a team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health assistants within the department.

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering timely, efficient and evidence based occupational therapy interventions at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. This position is involved with a range of clinical and administrative functions necessary for the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients.

Occupational Therapy services are provided with a focus on occupation and client-focused outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. The clinical caseload includes inpatients both in acute and subacute wards and outpatients. This position will ROTATE between acute and subacute wards at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
