About the role
The Primary & Community Health Registered Nurse will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of chronic disease prevention, health improvement initiatives and other hospitalisation prevention strategies that are evidence based, to assist in the overall health and wellbeing of the western NSW community.

As a Registered Nurse - Community Health you’ll get to work with a great team in a flexible environment. Training will be provided for ongoing learning and development of skills and most of the modules are available on My Health Learning a WNSWLHD internal employee tool to enhance skills.


The position will be undertaking roles in Community health, Ambulatory care, Wound care, Palliative care and Cardiology.
