About the role

Lismore Community Health is seeking a Social Worker to join their Specialist Palliative Care team. Providing clinical leadership and guidance in the planning, policy development, activity reporting and clinical service delivery of social work services for specialist palliative care. Playing a key role in development of a consistent intake and allocation service, quality processes and the oversight of clinical supervision clinical supervision for the service. Working in collaboration with the manager to ensure the development, implementation, and review of clinical governance systems for social work services working in specialist palliative care.
