Skilled Medical currently has an exciting career opportunity for an Office Manager to commence a permanent position with a leading global provider of medical management solutions based in their Melbourne CBD branch.
The general job requirement is to provide effective, proactive and efficient administrative and operational assistance to the organisation on an on-going basis, to coordinate the day to day procurement tasks, to provide management information & reporting as required, to manage appointments, schedules, business travel, meetings, take calls; support call center work upon need, and manage the administration tasks of the day to day office work related and unrelated to case management.
You will be working with a leading global provider of medical management solutions. This organisation specialises in the service of medical case management for patients diagnosed with serious medical conditions. Services include the revision of the diagnosis, referral for additional diagnostic tests, access to the world's leading specialists, recommendation for treatment, and supervision of its implementation, while providing on-going medical support.
