Based in Collingwood inner Melbourne, we provide locum and permanent doctors to public and private health care organisations. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit full-time medical recruitment consultants for our locum placement teams. 

About the role

The focus of the role is on sourcing, onboarding and placing doctors in locum positions across Australia. You will look after a pool of doctors, and forward plan and place them in suitable roles based on their availability and interests. It will also includes maintaining strong relationship with our Clients. Staff use a placement management system to aid the matching and placement process. Skilled Medical has contracts in place with health services to access a wide range of locum job opportunities for doctors.

About you

You are an experienced recruitment professional with more than 12 months of experience and capable of looking after both doctors and client health services to a very high standard. Applicants with more than 2 years recruitment experience and background in medical and healthcare industry are preferred, but not required.

You are organised, able to multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You are recognised for your superior levels of customer service and your ability to establish and strengthen relationships with doctors and clients health services.

Your communication skills are excellent, whether it be in writing or verbal.

You are a strong and supportive team member and be able to work both autonomously as part of a team as well .
