🩺 Midwifery Contracts Available – Tasmania Dates: 28th August to 14th November We are currently seeking experienced midwives for upcoming contract opportunities across regional and metro locations in Australia. These roles offer the chance to work in supportive maternity units with a strong focus on birth suite care and junior staff support. To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Prior experience at Launceston General Hospital (LGH), ideally two or more 12-week contracts in the past 2 years - Confidence working across all areas of midwifery, especially birth suite - 8+ years of midwifery experience - Availability for night shift rotations - Ability to update orientation if familiar with the health service Required documents and certificates: - AHPRA registration - Basic Life Support (BLS) - x3 professional referee details (current) - FSEP certificate - PROMPT - Neonate resus - Proof of vaccines/immunity as per TAS Health **wiling to obtain specific required certificates and CPDs as per TAS Health** TO APPLY By clicking on 'Apply Now' you will register your interest to work.
