Take the Lead – Pharmacist in Charge (Full-Time) | West Wimmera Health Service

Latitude Recruitment is thrilled to partner with West Wimmera Health Service to recruit a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time role based in Nhill, Victoria.

This position offers variety, autonomy, and purpose—you’ll deliver vital pharmacy services, including medication supply, clinical guidance, and patient support, while working across multiple service areas. Occasional travel to nearby sites adds a dynamic element to your work.

About You:

You are a confident and capable pharmacist, ready to take charge and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and patients alike.

  • Registered with AHPRA (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent)

  • 12+ months of recent experience in a hospital or health service setting

  • Strong ethical focus and commitment to safe, compliant practice

  • Clear and confident communicator

  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable

  • Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth

  • Willingness to provide immunisation history, Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Check (or obtain them)
