About the Role

The Manager, Evidence and Insights (E&I) will lead data and reporting transformation initiatives to support CALHN’s clinical, operational, and strategic decisions. This role involves overseeing the development of innovative data solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and integrating digital technologies to improve service delivery. The Manager will ensure data integrity, lead reporting processes, and manage large datasets while driving continuous improvement in data systems and quality assurance. With a focus on leadership, project management, and resource allocation, the Manager will foster a customer-centric, high-performance team to deliver actionable insights and support organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in health information, business, data science, or a related field, along with strong leadership and communication skills. They should have demonstrated experience in managing data projects, digital initiatives, and large-scale data analysis within a healthcare setting. A solid understanding of data management, reporting systems, and change management principles is essential. The role also requires expertise in fostering team development and achieving continuous improvement in data-driven services.
