About the Role

As a Mental Health Enrolled Nurse (MHEN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to individuals in need of mental health support. You will work closely alongside a Registered Nurse, supporting them in providing high-quality care in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity for you to develop and refine your skills, from novice to proficient practice, in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for providing compassionate and effective care, working under the guidance of the Registered Nurse while retaining full accountability for your actions.   • Registered Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia or eligible.
  • Competent in mental health nursing with strong assessment, planning, and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of mental health frameworks, legislation, and community support services.
