About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced nursing leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a specialised setting.
- Qualifications & Experience – Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and at least three years of post-registration experience, including leadership roles.
- Leadership & Communication – Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and influence key stakeholders while fostering a positive work culture.
- Clinical & Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of burn management, nursing standards, and experience in human resource, financial, and asset management.
- Commitment to Excellence – Understanding of relevant legislation, quality and safety standards, and a passion for consumer engagement and change management.
