CQMHAODS Inpatient Service consists of a 23 bed Adult Inpatient Unit, of which three beds are designated high dependency and a further eight beds Older Adult Inpatient Unit. About the role:
Effectively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Group within CQMHAODS and to lead a strong support team to deliver contemporary mental health inpatient services.
You will coordinate all operational components of the Adult Inpatient Unit and Older Persons Acute Inpatient Service, with the support of a strong team of Clinical Nurse Consultants, a Clinical Facilitator, Discharge Coordinator, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists ensuring exceptional individual care is delivered.
About you:
- The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate Division One is essential.
- While not mandatory, recent, extensive experience working in an Adult Mental Health specialty would be highly regarded and/or a relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable for this position.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
