What your day will look like….

You'll be responsible for providing holistic midwifery care to a caseload of women, guiding them through their pregnancy journey with personalised, evidence-based practices. Working within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, you'll lead assessments, develop care plans, and make key clinical decisions to ensure the best outcomes for both mothers and infants. A big part of your role will be offering mentorship to midwifery students and junior staff, sharing your expertise, and promoting a positive practice environment. You'll coordinate resources, manage your workload with autonomy, and collaborate with various healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Your role will also include active participation in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
