1. Tertiary Degree in Social Work providing eligibility for membership of AASW.
2. Advanced skills in Social Work practice including clinical excellence, service development and mentorship of other Social Workers.
3. Demonstrated excellence in psycho-social assessments, planning and intervention, and promoting the needs of clients, families and carers.
4. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in working with clients and their families in specialist areas, often within therapeutic and counselling modalities.
5. Demonstrated excellence in facilitating complex family meetings, case management and groupwork.
6. Commitment to and excellence in working within a multi-disciplinary team context, including provision of educational in-service to other health professionals.
