What your day will look like….
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver comprehensive midwifery care, building strong relationships with the women you support throughout their childbirth journey. Engaging in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, you'll navigate each unique case with critical thinking and sound clinical judgment. Your day will be filled with hands-on care, mentorship, and the sharing of knowledge, fostering a positive practice environment while ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. You'll also have the opportunity to enhance your professional growth through self-reflection and participation in quality improvement initiatives, all while embodying the values of Darling Downs Health.
