About you:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Be a force for equity, reducing inequalities for Pacific communities.
- Enable access to health and social services.
- Empower Pacific families with knowledge and resources to take greater control over their health and wellbeing.
- Actively communicate The Fono’s vision, model of care, and specific messages internally and externally.
- Build effective relationships with whanau, other Fono services, and external agencies.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clinical expertise to enhance patient treatment and care planning.
- Complete all required reports thoroughly and on time.
