$66,099 to $67,300 per annum(plus the ability to Salary Package)


About the role        

With the ability to truly make a difference, this is a role dedicated to delivering an outstanding donor experience where donors feel valued and appreciated across varied fundraising activities. Ultimately bringing the donor closer to Ability Centre and increasing their giving, a greater service offering is enabled for our customers and their families.

Working as an intrinsic part of a small team you will be committed to growing personalised relationships which champion donor views, identify opportunities to improve processes and the donor experience. You are proactive and well structured in capturing information, optimising database management to support fundraising and direct marketing activities.

In supporting the Philanthropy Manager you will be assisting in organising and attending donor functions, marketing campaigns and implementing appealing fundraising activities.

A natural people person who is positive and optimistic, your ability to foster meaningful relationships will see you thrive in this role and embrace the opportunity to contribute to improvements which assist the organisation to continue to grow, providing vital services to people with disabilities in the community.

Skills and experience required

  • Proven ability to grow and develop relationships to foster customer engagement and retention

  • Experience with database management, data imports and extracts and basic analysis

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
