Purpose of Position
Manage a range of systems to facilitate patient flow through Oral Health Services, including Call Centre, ISOH database, OHFFSS to ensure patient access is equitable across multiple sites and is provided within state wide benchmarks.
Relevant experience in the NSW Public Oral Health system.
Demonstrated experience implementing, supporting and training in database applications
Demonstrated detailed knowledge of ISOH and the OHFFSS and an understanding and commitment to the principles of the Priority Oral Health Program (POHP).
High level of written, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills with demonstrated track record of dealing with people and situations in a professional and confidential manner
Ability to prioritise work, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated capacity to manage or understand processes relating to monthly creditors
Ability to repair minor hardware/software problems (with IT approval)
Current NSW drivers licence
