A rewarding opportunity exists for a motivated and capable person to join the ORL and Oral Health teams as a Production Coordinator where you will working to monitor and utilise theatre and clinic space, and have involvement with production business improvement projects. The role is based at Auckland City Hospital, but will require flexibility to work across sites for business improvement projects.
This is your chance to contribute to the patient journey to ensure that the theatre and clinic space don’t go underutilised so that the maximum number of patients can be seen in the shortest possible time.
You will be in charge of identifying opportunities for additional capacity for theatres and clinics, communicating with consultants and locums to cover additional clinics and theatres and with outside providers. This is a busy role; however, you will have a support of the Business Manager to excel.
This is a permanent part time role working 32 hours per week with flexibility in how you work your hours.
Previous relevant experience in the health sector would be advantageous.
