Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) is one of the largest high qualityhealthcare providers in New Zealand offering a wide range of tertiary andquaternary clinical services to a large and diverse population. We have stateof the art facilities and provide our services from three hospitals – AucklandCity Hospital, Starship Children’s Health and Greenlane Clinical Centre.


The Contact Centre, based at the GreenlaneClinical Centre is the frontline team for ADHB. It receives over 60,000 calls amonth and the Contact Centre Representatives are responsible for taking callsfor appointments, internal hospital emergencies, the GP helpline, patientenquiries and interpreting services. 


This role suits bright, motivated people witha proactive approach and a high level of initiative.  Reliability,accuracy and a positive attitude are vital. You will be able to establish andmaintain excellent rapport with both ADHB staff and patients and their familiesand answer all calls in a professional and helpful manner.


This is a full time, permanent positionworking rostered shifts in a great team of around 25 other Customer ServiceRepresentatives.
