Purpose of Position

To Provide Clerical Support to the Outpatient Clerrical Services Manager Assist with all administrative funtions and triage of referrals for all clinics. To perform clerical functions of the department which includes but is not limited to; reception, billing, arranging appointments, requesting interpreters if required, management of medical records and appropriate documentation faxing and photocopying

Selection Criteria

1. Extensive experience in administration and staff supervision

2. Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

3. Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously

4. Knowledge of Cerner, eMR, Powerchart and all MS Word programs

5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and organisational skills

6. Ability to prioritise work load and use initiative
