ARPHS has an exciting opportunityfor a General Practitioner or Medical Officer who has a special interest in theprovision of core public health services to join the team.
In this role, working atGreenlane and Refugee Health Screen Service at Mangere, you will be involved,in the first instance, in the provision of a range of service areas includingthe assessment and management of disease notifications and contributing to theRefugee Health Screening Service programme. You will also be encouragedto actively maintain competencies relevant to your profession and tocontinuously seek service improvements initiatives. Training and mentoring ofyour colleagues as well as working independently will also ensure you grow anddevelop in this role. Excellenton-the-job training support will also be provided.

This is a fixed term positionavailable until November 2018 and you can specify how many hours you areavailable to work.
As the ideal candidate, youwill be either registered or be eligible for Vocational registration with theMedical Council of New Zealand.
