Casey Hospital is a 229 bed hospital providing a comprehensive range of health services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne's outer-east. Our midwives are an integral part of achieving patient centred care, placing 2,300 women firmly at the centre of our service.

Continuity of care within our maternity teams at Casey Hospital will enable women greater continuity in care throughout pregnancy, birth and their postnatal stay. The Associate Midwifery unit Manager is an integral part of the leadership team and assists the Midwifery Unit Manager in the course of their duties to ensure effective operation of the clinical environment.

About You

You are a motivated and enthusiastic Midwife who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a commitment to professional development and team work. You provide exceptional care and outstanding patient outcomes is the focus in Maternity Services and demonstrate the ability to lead by example and provide coaching and support to others including students and junior medical staff. You show passion for leading a team and show commitment to being an advocate for birthing women.
