Purpose of Position

Providing high quality administrative and receptionĀ support to Health Professionals, Clients and their families along with a number of other stake holders, ensuring the smooth and efficient services are delivered within the Community.

Selection Criteria

Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the co-ordination of work between staff and/or areas.

Proven and demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet and manage competing deadlines in and changing and confronting environment.

Demonstrated attention to detail with particular focus on accuracy with data entry, typing of reports and transfer of information.

Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities.

Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision with proven ability to be flexible in attaining work goals.

Demonstrated ability to focus on the customer by interpreting their needs through well-developed listening, and questioning skills.

A demonstrated commitment to WHS with the ability to identify risks within the workplace and report as per company policy and procedures.
