There are three otherphysiotherapists in this team that work across the Cardiothoracic SurgicalUnit, including the Intensive Care Unit. You can expect to treat patients whohave undergone cardiac and pulmonary surgeries including Coronary Artery BypassGrafts, valve replacements, lobectomy or pneumonectomy as well as heart andlung transplants. The treatment for these patients can include earlymobilisation in ICU, management of respiratory complications and post-operativeadvice and education. You will work alongside Allied Health colleaguesusing an interdisciplinary model to deliver high quality, effective servicesfor this patient population.
We are looking for a part time physiotherapist to join our dedicated andwelcoming team. As a service, we are passionate about best practice andinnovation. Regardless of your experience, you will receive a thoroughorientation and be well supported in your role.
