We are seeking a qualified Emergency Nurse to join a well-established Emergency Department and support the current team to ensure a high level of nursing care is always maintained . You will take accountability and responsibility for ensuring nursing practice is evidence based and maintain a positive & professional practice environment committed to excellence in patient healthcare. A willingness to demonstrate leadership and embrace change in the coordination and delivery of care is essential.
Our client is a 80 bed hospital, providing 24 hour emergency care. The Emergency Department at this facility requires a dedicated Emergency Nurse with exceptional time management and communication skills.
Our client is a public health facility located in a regional city approximately 200km’s south-west of Sydney. It is the perfect location to explore boutique shops, parks, galleries, museums, and wineries.
- Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in critical care nursing or Emergency Nursing
- ICU experience in an acute hospital
- At least 2 recent referees
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Work/lifestyle balance in a rural setting
