The general job requirements for the customer service representative is to answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. The organization is looking for empathic and professional people to serve as the first line of contact for our incoming calls. The call center representatives are also expected to support the nurses and medical staff with administrative tasks.
You will be working with a leading global provider of medical management solutions. This organisation specialises in the service of medical case management for patients diagnosed with serious medical conditions. Services include the revision of the diagnosis, referral for additional diagnostic tests, access to the world's leading specialists, recommendation for treatment, and supervision of its implementation, while providing on-going medical support.
