What you'll be doing
To work with the pharmacy team to provide the best possible pharmacy service, participate in training and acquire experience in all areas of the pharmacy department whilst completing an Intern Training Program (ITP).

- Successfully completed Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy and eligible to be enrolled in an Intern Training Program to qualify for registration in Australia after completion of mandatory and supervised training.
- Good knowledge of pharmacology and the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including medication counselling to enable a patient to safely and effectively administer medicines.
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to problem solve and prioritise.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual or as a member of a team.
- Good understanding of the role of the Hospital Pharmacist in achieving good healthcare outcomes particularly in a rural setting.
