The role will provide a diverse range of recreational and leisure activities where the resident is able to maintain personal and social relationships and access a range of activities that are meaningful and maintains links to the community. These activities should reflect the residents interests and lifestyle, including outings.
You’ll be working flexibly with existing staff and volunteers to develop recreation and leisure programs based on interests of residents and working together with residents to identify common interests and collaboratively develop a program of events.
We aim to partner with local community groups and organisations to link residents to the outside world. 
Tingha is a small town on the Northern Tablelands of NSW established after the discovery of tin in 1870, with fossicking still continuing on a smaller scale. Sheep farming is strong in the area, 26 km south of Inverell, with a local primary school and options to live in the country or the town of a thousand.
