Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2019 (possibility of extension or permanency)

$67,851 to $95,717 per annum (Full-Time equivalent), plus superannuation, the ability to Salary Package and generous employment conditions.

About the Role        

Working as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide a Physiotherapy service within an allocated portfolio in the Rockingham and Mandurah area. Your role will be to support customers in achieving a lifestyle of their choice through high quality person centered services, enabling our customers to meet their goals and identified needs to maximize independence and participation. You’ll also have the opportunity of linking with both customers and other agencies to ensure a smooth co-ordination of services. As the successful applicant you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills, working with people across the lifespan who have a wide variety of disabilities.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Possession of relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification as a Physiotherapist;
  • Membership with Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA);
  • High level written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to relate to customers and their families;
  • Behaviours, attitudes and values congruent to Ability Centre’s principles;
  • Previous experience working within a team to achieve customer/family and therapy outcomes; and
  • Previous experience working in paediatrics would be highly regarded.
